Jamie Siminoff
Founder, CEO

Jamie Siminoff is the founder and CEO of Ring Inc., the inventor and producer of the Ring™ Video Doorbell. The device streams live audio and video of a home's front doorstep directly to a smartphone or tablet, allowing homeowners to stay connected to their homes whether in the kitchen or across town. Jamie has an energy that is relevant to any entrepreneur. His captivating presence and attention to detail is a testament that massive growth can harbor a consistent message throughout the entire organization. From Richard Branson to the investors on Shark Tank, it's no wonder that everything is coming full circle for Ring!


 
Dave Murray
Senior Customer Engagement Consultant

Dave joins The DiJulius Group after 20 years of experience in Customer service, marketing, and sales, primarily in the sports and entertainment industry. Dave’s experience has varied from leading call centers and front-line team members, to working closely with key partners and stakeholders.


A former client of The DiJulius Group, Dave has been working with the X-Commandments since the debut of “What’s The Secret” in 2008. Dave has been personally trained on the methodology created by John DiJulius, and uses it regularly with clients including Anytime Fitness, Carnival Cruise Lines, TravelCenters of America, and many more. As a Senior Customer Experience Consultant with The DiJulius Group, Dave leads clients in generating ideas, turning those ideas into systems, and then implementing and executing them enterprise wide. He is also an accomplished keynote speaker full of insight and wit; leaving audiences motivated, entertained and walking away with great content to implement immediately.

 
Kevin McDorman
AVP of Transformation

Kevin leads AT&T enterprise transformation initiatives including enterprise consent, expense optimization, supply chain synergy, robo messaging and robotics implementations, valued at over $250 million. These initiatives cultivate an enterprise-wide strategic framework for customer choices and capability, allowing for the design and implementation of an effortless management platform. Prior to his current role, Kevin was a founding member of the In-Flight Connectivity organization where he was responsible for go-to market strategies and overall program management. In addition, Kevin has also led the Customer Experience team in Mobility and represented the voice of the customer. His team leveraged statistical research, 3rd party insight, and industry benchmarking to lead the organization in its march to #1 in Customer Service and AT&T’s 5 J.D. Power Awards. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Kevin has his Six Sigma Master Black belt certification and is a member of two national honor societies: Golden Key International Honor Society and the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society. Kevin currently resides in Dallas with his awesome family, friends, and pets.
