As the CEO of PACE, I would like to wish all PACE members a very productive year. As someone who previously served as Chair of the PACE (ATA), I look forward to getting back to our roots: being THE trade association for the contact center industry. PACE is not an association singularly focused on the outbound teleservices channel anymore. PACE represents companies that own, use, consult, sell to and represent contact centers. Those centers provide customer support, sales and other services using voice, chat, email and SMS, to a variety of industries. The mission of PACE is to provide education, advocacy, compliance guidance and networking opportunities. The PACE management staff and the Board of Directors are dedicated to meet our members’ needs and significantly grow the association in the coming years!
