The VIP also represents his initials, Vincent Ivan Phipps. Vincent is an international speaker and trainer. He is author of, Speak Like a Pro! He specializes in motivational speeches, training seminars, and individual coaching. His areas of expertise include: Leadership, Communication, Motivation, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Sales and Speech Coaching.

In 3 years, he endured the following tragedies: breaking his neck in an almost fatal car accident, leaving his corporate job after 13 years, and he and his wife suffered the loss of their son, Maxton Victor Phipps (He was their MVP!). During these times of immense struggle, Vincent developed core strategies to channel negative energy towards positive outcomes. He parlayed these skills into applicable techniques for both personal and professional empowerment.
