The downturn in sales for most businesses will necessitate a focus on creative advertising. However, during government declared emergencies and other crisis situations, regulators heighten focus on certain types of advertising – including cessation of telemarketing, imposing registration for certain industries, and increased scrutiny on disaster related products or services and price gouging.
