Join us on Tuesday, August 29th, from 11 am to 5 pm for an amazing day of education and networking that will help you learn from culture experts, Vaney Hairi and Tamien Dysart of Think 3D, as well as a tour of contact center powerhouse Quicken Loans. We will conclude the day with an all star panel discussing key challenges facing contact center leaders in delivering a world class Customer Experience, as well as a TCPA update. Afterwards, stay for a fun networking event at downtown Cleveland’s premier attraction, The Jack Casino. Lunch is included, as is two drink tickets per person for the Networking Event.
